By using Physio.pk, you enter into a managed service agreement for digital physiotherapy and rehabilitation services across Pakistan. Our platform manages the clinical workflow, therapist matching, and digital record-keeping.

1. Managed Service Model

Physio.pk operates as a managed platform. We facilitate the matching of patients with verified DPT (Doctor of Physiotherapy) specialists. While we manage the booking and clinical documentation, the treatment is delivered by independent professionals.

2. Secure WhatsApp Access

Your account is accessed exclusively via WhatsApp OTP. You agree to provide a valid WhatsApp number to receive session updates, barcode-enabled prescriptions, and managed invoices. You are responsible for all activity under your verified number.

3. The 45-Minute Policy

To ensure efficient therapist dispatch, any session cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 45 minutes before the appointment. Failure to do so may result in a convenience fee to compensate the dispatched therapist.

4. Digital Records & Barcodes

All clinical notes and prescriptions issued through Physio.pk are digital and include a unique barcode for verification. You agree that these records are for your medical history and should be presented via the platform for scan-verification by other medical providers if required.

5. Payment & Invoicing

We accept session-based payments and digital transfers (JazzCash/EasyPaisa). Managed invoices are generated only after payment verification by our health administrators. You are entitled to a digital copy of every verified invoice via your WhatsApp or Dashboard.

6. Therapist & Patient Conduct

Physio.pk maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Both patients and therapists must maintain professional clinical standards. We reserve the right to block any user who attempts to bypass the platform's managed billing system.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The platform provides management and recovery tools. Clinical outcomes vary by patient condition. Always follow the specific exercise protocols provided by your assigned specialist during the session.

8. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any clinical or service disputes will be addressed through our administrative office in Lahore.
